Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to all current customers of Solar Man Australia PTY LTD.
• Referrers must be 18 years or older and residents of Australia.

2. Referral Reward:

• A reward of AUD $150 will be paid to the referrer for each successful referral.
• A successful referral is defined as a referred customer who purchases and install a solar system from Solar Man Australia.

3. Referral Process:

• To refer a potential customer, the referrer must provide the potential customer’s name, contact information, and any other required details through Solar Man Australia’s official referral form or referral portal.
• The referred customer must acknowledge the referral at the time of their initial consultation or inquiry.

4. Reward Payment:

• The AUD $150 referral reward will be paid within 30 days after the referred customer has completed the purchase and installation of a solar system from Solar Man Australia.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer to the referrer’s provided bank account details.

5. General Conditions:

• Referrals must be new customers to Solar Man Australia. Referrals of existing customers or those who have previously been in contact with Solar Man Australia do not qualify for the reward.
• Solar Man Australia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and the referrer’s compliance with these terms and conditions.
• Solar Man Australia reserves the right to refuse the referral reward if it is found that the referrer has engaged in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

6. Program Changes and Termination:

• Solar Man Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of program termination, any pending rewards for verified referrals will still be honoured.

7. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of or related to the referral program shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

8. Privacy:

• Solar Man Australia respects the privacy of all participants. Personal information collected for the referral program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

• By participating in the referral program, the referrer agrees to these terms and conditions and Solar Man Australia’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
